Tai Chi For Health

St Clair Wellness : Tai Chi For Health

Although originally developed (and still practiced) as a martial arts system, Tai Chi has been used to keep fit as well as to prevent and cure diseases amongst the Chinese people since the 16th century.   In western countries is mainly practiced for its therapeutic benefits, which include reducing stress, promoting balance and flexibility.

Tai Chi for Health has many forms, our Tai Chi instructor is accredited to teach Tai Chi with the following health focus:

  • Arthritis
  • Back Care
  • Falls prevention
  • Osteoporosis
  • Diabetes

Good health depends on harmony and balance, which is what Tai Chi does by balancing Yin and Yang in the human body.  Tai Chi also cultivates and stimulates the internal energy Chi circulation within the body system, which keeps you rejuvenated, refreshed, fit and healthy.

Led by Tai Chi instructor Mr Bob Cartledge, why not use this opportunity to tap into your intrinsic power to balance, restore and invigorate your life.
